Ensuring your accounts are safe and protecting you from scams and fraud is IMB’s priority. That’s why it’s important to make sure your personal information is up to date and accurate on a regular basis.
Keeping your current details up to date and accurate, helps us play a vital role in detection, prevention and disruption of financial crimes, scams, and fraud.
It's important to check and verify your details even if they haven’t changed.
How to confirm and/or update your details
IMB Mobile App
Step 1. Logon to your IMB Mobile App.
Step 2. Tap the “Menu” on the right base of your screen.
Step 3. From the Settings screen, tap on “Personal Details”.
Step 4. Click on “View Details” button.
Step 5. Click on “Send a Code to Mobile Number” button.
Step 6. Enter the code sent via SMS into the “Authentication Code” field.
Step 7. On the Contact Details page, review and/or update your details including Home Phone, Business Phone, Mobile^, Email, Residential Address and select the tick box if “Mailing address is different” then check/update your Mailing Address.
Step 8. Click “Change”.
^ If your Mobile number is incorrect or needs to be updated, please call us on 133 462.
Internet Banking
Step 1. Logon to Internet Banking.
Step 2. From the top navigation menu select “Other Services”.
Step 3. Select “Personal Details”.
Step 4. Click on “View Details” button.
Step 5. Click on “Send a Code to Mobile Number” button.
Step 6. Enter the code sent via SMS into the “Authentication Code” field
Step 7. On the Contact Details page, review and/or update your details including Home Phone, Business Phone, Mobile^, Email, Residential Address and select the tick box if “Mailing address is different” then check/update your Mailing Address.
Step 8. Click “Change”.
