Report a scam

March 10, 2024

If you think you have been targeted by scammers, or notice any unusual activity on your account, call us on 133 462 or pop into your local branch.

You can also lock your card and change your internet banking password directly through internet banking and the mobile app.

Remember: Impersonations are a common element of many scams. IMB will never ask you to disclose passwords or PIN numbers. If you are speaking with someone claiming to be a member of our team and you become concerned, hang up and call the number on our website or on your debit card.

Additionally, we strongly encourage members to report any scam activity to Scam Watch via their website.
