To apply for hardship assistance, you may need to provide us with information about your financial position – including details about your income, expenses, assets and liabilities. This helps us to understand your situation and provide more meaningful support.
If your financial situation has changed, you can apply for Hardship Assistance – a temporary change to your loan repayments to give you a chance to get back on your feet financially.
We will assess your circumstances and if it’s appropriate, we may be able to help by, for example, providing a temporary reduction or deferral of your repayments.
