System upgrades on IMB ATMs
We will be performing system upgrades on all IMB ATMs from 8.00pm to 9.30pm on Tuesday 28 November 2023. During this time, you may experience intermittent service. However, you may use all other services to do your banking, including the IMB Mobile App, Internet Banking, EFTPOS, VISA, and non-IMB ATMs. Thank you, we apologise for any inconvenience.

System update on our Osko® real-time payments
7.05am: Due to an issue with our service provider, Osko® real-time payments are temporarily unavailable. Members can use non real-time payments as an alternative. We are working towards a solution and will update you as soon as we can. All other services are operating as normal.
10.00am: Our service provider has solved this morning's issue and Osko® real-time payments are now back in operation. Any real-time payment you expected to receive but you cannot see may have failed and may need to be attempted again. Please verify with the sender. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

Intermittent Service with EFTPOS and other bank ATMs
7:55am Due to an issue with an industry service provider affecting several financial institutions, we are currently experiencing intermittent service disruptions to IMB Card transactions, including EFTPOS, and transactions using ATMs from other financial institutions.If you are experiencing issues with payment using your IMB VISA Debit Card, try using Tap’n’Go, or inserting your card and selecting “Credit”. IMB ATMs are still operational, as are all other services, including Internet Banking and the IMB App. We are working with our service provider to resolve the issue and we’ll update you as soon as we can. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Scheduled maintenance on Internet Banking and other services
We will be performing scheduled maintenance on a range of services this weekend.
- From 10am Saturday 19 August to 10am Sunday 20th, members will not be able to access e-statements.
- From 5.00am to 9.00am on Sunday 20 August, the IMB Mobile App, Internet Banking, Osko® payments, and Open Banking data sharing will be unavailable. However, members will be able to transact using EFTPOS, VISA and ATMs.

Payment errors on some transactions
Due to a service provider experiencing a technical issue overnight, some payments across a range of financial institutions have been impacted in different ways. The services include Pay Anyone, Direct Debits and Direct Credits. Members can still make payments with BPAY, Osko®, ATM, EFTPOS, Visa and digital wallet transactions. We are working with our vendor to resolve the issue and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our team is standing by if you have any queries. Thank you for your patience.

Mobile Banking App Update
We have been advised that the Apple iOS and Android versions of the app have commenced roll out in the App/Play Stores. Please note, it may take some time to show in the store as available for you to update. For those in a hurry, you can delete the current app and when you reinstall you will get the latest, working app. Those with auto updates enabled will receive the update automatically over the next few days. For any members experiencing issues you can still perform all app functions in Internet Banking: using your mobile or desktop browser navigate to imb.com.au and click the Login icon to sign in. For members needing assistance, please reach out to our staff via social media messaging. Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and do thank you for your patience as our team works to resolve the issue.

Menai branch tremporary closure
Our Menai branch is having a facelift and will be closing a little early - 4pm - on Monday Jan 30 to Wednesday Feb 1st. Then, we will be closed all day on Thursday Feb 2 and Friday Feb 3, unveiling our new look on Monday the 6th. If you need assistance over this time, our Sutherland branch will open normal operating hours. You can also message us or call our team on 133 462 between 8am and 8pm weekdays, and from 9am to 4pm on Saturday.
