Our all new, faster, and highly secure website has arrived

We’ve upgraded our website to give you a faster and highly secure banking experience, across all your devices. The new website:

  • Provides a simpler, more intuitive interface, making your digital banking faster and easier than ever.
  • Adapts seamlessly to your mobile device, providing you with a consistent banking experience whether you're at home or on the move.
  • Loads faster, so you can complete your research and banking more quickly and can get back to what matters most.
  • Keeps your security as our top priority. We're continuously upgrading our advanced security features to ensure IMB’s website is highly secure and robust.

You’ll find access to all our product, service and contact information at the top of the website. If you need to login to Internet Banking, or find something on our website, the login and search functions are on the top right.

As with anything new, you may have some questions and we’ve provided answers to common ones below. However, if you do need help finding a favourite page or feature, please reach out to our team on 133 462, 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday.

Common questions you may have about our new website

Why have you changed the website? IMB is a digitally led bank, and strives to offer members the most secure digital experience we can. This website replacement moves IMB from an older website platform to something brand new, which means it not only performs better for all device types, but it also more secure. IMB is also committed to delivering great experiences, and the new website presents as a modern, fresh, and vibrant way to find information.

Are there new features added to the website? Yes, the launch of the new website has introduced new features designed to enhance your online banking experience. These features include the introduction of a member Help Centre with three sections: Financial Wellbeing, Members Help, and a dedicated section for Scams and Security – all created with our members’ convenience and security in mind.

How does the new website improve my banking experience? The new website features a streamlined design, enhanced navigation, and improved functionality. This includes faster loading times and a responsive design for all devices. We’ve also incorporated feedback from our members to ensure the site meets your needs and expectations.

How do I access Internet Banking? The button to log into Internet Banking is in the right top of the home page just like the old page. The only change is clicking the log in button presents a choice to choose Internet Banking or to log into RSA Super Pension. Just select internet banking.

How do I access Share Stats and the Investor Centre? The Investor Centre can be found in two ways. The first is within the About Us section of the site. The second is within the navigation panel at the bottom of every page across the website.

What do I do if the new website doesn’t load properly? The first step is to refresh the page. If that doesn’t work, we recommend opening a private browser or incognito browser session and seeing if that helps. The new website will quickly become available across the internet after an hour from our transition from the old to the new. If using a private browsing session does not work, please call us on 133 462, 8.00amto 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday.

Where do I find IMB Bank contact details and branch locations? Our contact details will be found at https://www.imb.com.au/contact-us.

Where do I find company information like financial reports and investor information? The About Us section of the site includes link to IMB’s financial reports and the Investor Centre, including share stats.

Will my current bookmarks or saved links still work? Your current bookmarks or saved links may not direct you to the correct page. We recommend updating your bookmarks with the new URLs.

What should I do if I encounter problems on the new site? If you encounter any issues or need assistance navigating the new website, please contact our customer support team on 133 462, 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday. We’re here to help and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
