Wrap With Love’s Yarn Bank supports volunteer makers to create handmade wraps for people experiencing cold, hardship and trauma across Australia and around the world. A 2026 IMB Bank Community Foundation grant will help purchase yarn for volunteers, many of whom are retirees facing rising material costs. By maintaining a reliable supply of yarn, the project will enable more people to continue knitting and crocheting while finding purpose, connection and community through shared contribution. Since 1992, volunteers have created more than 670,000 wraps, providing practical warmth and care to people in need while sustaining a compassionate network of makers worldwide.
