VOXFM – The Voice of the Illawarra

For more than 40 years, VOX FM has given Illawarra residents a platform to share music, stories and perspectives. Its Studio Renewal and Technology Upgrade will modernise essential broadcast and production equipment, improving sound quality, reliability and accessibility across the station. The investment will support volunteer-led programs, hands-on training and smoother production in VOX FM’s three studios. It will also help sustain the community station’s extensive multicultural programming, which serves many cultural and language communities. By strengthening the technical foundation behind every broadcast, the project will enable more local people to create professional content and remain connected through community radio together.
