Dedicated to serving its community in NSW, the Towamba Rural Fire Brigade aims to establish a base station for crucial communication during firefighting operations. The base station will ensure seamless coordination between firefighters in the field and those at the shed. Additionally, Towamba radio 88FM will be utilised for community updates. The grant will facilitate the purchase and installation of this vital base station in the Fire Shed office.
