Australia has a significant divide in digital inclusion, the measure at which a person can access, afford and have the digital ability to connect and use online technologies effectively. The Reconnect Project aims to combat this by providing refurbished mobile devices to people who otherwise would not have access to digital technology. Laptops for Learning will provide up to 50 refurbished laptops to young people who have been unable to engage in online education due to economic disadvantage, family violence, or homelessness.
