TeenSafe gives teenage learner and provisional drivers practical experience beyond ordinary lessons. At the Moruya Motor Sport Complex, participants train behind the wheel in vehicles supplied by TeenSafe, practising car control and safer decision-making in a controlled environment. The course helps young drivers recognise hazards, understand their limits and build confidence before facing challenging situations on public roads. A grant from the Foundation will support delivery of this accessible training, helping more local teenagers develop skills that can protect themselves, their passengers and other road users. By shaping safer habits early, the program aims to reduce crashes and road trauma.
