Sapphire Community Projects focuses on alleviating food insecurity in the Bega Valley, rescuing surplus food and fostering community connection through a cafe and mobile pantry. The project will acquire two defibrillators, ensuring safety at the Sapphire Community Pantry and Mobile Pantry locations, along with volunteer first-aid training. With a commitment to wellbeing, the project enhances social connections and addresses gaps in local services.
