Reading Out of Poverty

The Let’s Read project is dedicated to supporting children aged 0 to 5 and their mothers, who are residing in temporary or transitional accommodation as they escape domestic violence. Foundation funding will provide a range of children’s books, educational resources and engaging learning games – supporting children’s early development and foundational literacy skills. To maximise its impact, the project is a collaboration of four organisations based in Glen Waverley and the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
