African women from CALD communities can face language barriers to employment. Not only will this project provide women with sewing skills, it will also encourage their social and economic participation by developing pathways to employment, business skills and cultural competencies, including English language proficiency, to integrate and build community resilience. Funding will purchase sewing machines and equipment.
