Multicultural Unity and Harmony

Multicultural Unity and Harmony Inc’s Harmony Project creates a welcoming space where multicultural seniors can connect, share traditions and participate in community life. Regular gatherings, cultural activities and shared experiences will help participants build friendships, maintain social connections and feel valued within their community. With support from the IMB Bank Community Foundation, the project will reduce social isolation and promote mental wellbeing by encouraging active participation, mutual support and meaningful cultural exchange. By bringing people from diverse backgrounds together, the initiative will strengthen understanding, celebrate identity and foster a more inclusive, connected and harmonious community for older residents across Melbourne.
