This initiative envisions a community where CALD and First Nations hospitality entrepreneurs and trainees thrive economically. By transforming a donated bus into a multifunctional café, kitchen, training facility, and event space, the project aims to boost employment and entrepreneurship inBlacktown. This bus will serve as a vehicle for social change, offering training in barista and food safety skills, hosting diverse cultural events, serving African coffee and healthy, locally sourced cuisine, and providing emergency food relief to vulnerable community members.
