Moruya Surf Life Saving Club

Moruya Surf Life Saving Club’s Same Wave program helps young people with additional needs or disability enjoy the beach through inclusive activities focused on individual ability, enjoyment and achievement. The volunteer-led program runs each Saturday during the first school term, with facilities and equipment supporting safe participation in the ocean and on the sand. An IMB Bank Community Foundation grant will create all-weather access to the barbecue area and improve accessible parking. These upgrades will reduce access barriers and help participants, families and volunteers connect comfortably before and after each session.
