Marine Rescue Lake Macquarie

Rescue Jet Skis are an integral part of the watercraft fleet operations of Marine Rescue Lake Macquarie, which is the busiest unit in NSW with its mission to Save Lives on the Water. Between January and August 2025, the unit conducted 330 assists and jet skis were involved in almost 40% of these missions. The jet ski has the ability to quickly deploy to reach shallow or rough water conditions, saving precious time in reaching people in life-threatening situations.
