Macarthur Sunrise Rotary Club supports Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in south-west Sydney, helping children from birth to age five develop a love of reading. Eligible children receive a free, high-quality, age-appropriate book by mail each month. The program focuses on communities experiencing disadvantage and encourages parents and carers to read regularly with their children. Shared reading strengthens early literacy, language development and family relationships while helping children arrive at school ready to learn. Foundation funding will continue supporting more than 80 participating families and enable the program to grow across the Macarthur and Wollondilly regions.
