Headspace Youth Volunteers Mental Health First Aid Training

IMB Bank Community Foundation will fund two Mental Health First Aid training sessions with Headspace Miranda and Hurstville's Youth Reference Groups. Partnering with Meraki Mental HealthTraining, the courses provide education about mental health and wellbeing, equipping volunteers with the skills to provide emotional aid, to support themselves and others, and foster positive change in the community.
