headspace Nowra is partnering with Red Cross to Save a Mate. Young people trained as peer educators will assist with planning and identifying opportunities for delivering Save a Mate workshops and be involved in Save a Mate workshop facilitation, to promote the health and wellbeing of young people through education, service and support on current and emerging health issues, particularly those related to alcohol and other drug use, and mental health.
