Look Good Feel Better is a national community service program dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages, genders and cancer types during cancer treatment. The program offers practical strategies to help manage the physical, psychological and social challenges associated with treatment. Since 1990, Look Good Feel Better has supported over 190,000 Australians, providing free and accessible services nationwide – including hands-on resources, expert advice and opportunities for connection with others facing similar experiences. With Foundation funding, the program will assist 100 cancer patients in the Sutherland Shire, delivering face-to-face workshops, home-delivered confidence kits, two virtual workshops, and weekly Feel Better Fridays to enhance wellbeing and self-esteem throughout treatment.
