Cana Farm produces fruit, vegetables, pantry items and candles while providing workplace education, training and employment for people facing barriers to work. Foundation funding will provide a van, ensuring continued delivery of goods to private and corporate customers across Sydney. Van drivers gain essential skills in confidence, driving, navigation, POS systems and customer service. On a broader scale, distributing products keeps Cana Farm financially sustainable, enabling it to deliver ongoing employment, education and training opportunities to some of Sydney’s most marginalised individuals.
