System upgrades on Internet and Mobile Banking

Due to system upgrades from 10.00pm Tue 12 May 2026 to 5.00am on Wednesday 13 May, Internet Banking and the IMB Mobile App will be unavailable. However, other transaction services will be in operation, including EFTPOS, VISA, telephone banking and ATMs. Thank you for your patience, we apologise for any inconvenience.
