Since 1999, the Rotary Club of Goulburn has offered U Turn the Wheel to year 11 students, with the key objective of reducing road trauma and fatality for young people in its local communities. Over a series of six sessions within one school day, students are engaged with exercises in risk taking and behaviour management as well as discussing the impacts of drugs, alcohol and peer pressure on road safety.
