To set up on your device (iPhone):
Go to Settings
Select Touch ID or Face ID & Passcode
Enter your phone Passcode
Select Add a Fingerprint or Face ID and follow the instructions
To set up on your device (Android):
Go to Settings
Biometrics and security
Tap Fingerprints or Face recognition
Follow the on screen instructions
