How do I report a missing card

If you have access to IMB's Internet Banking and Mobile Apps, you can report a lost card online. Members have the option of placing the card on hold and unlocking the card if the card is found, or you can permanently block the card.

Otherwise, please call IMB on 133 462 or send through an online enquiry.
