How do I change my Statement Preference?

You can change your Statement Preference at any time using Internet Banking, you can call us on 133 462 or call in to your local branch.

Changing your Statement Preference in Internet Banking

If you no longer wish to receive paper statements:

  • Select the eStatements tab
  • Select Statement Preferences from the drop down list
  • Read the important information in relation to your Statement Preference
  • Check your email address is correct
  • Select the Online button
  • Select Save

To be able to have a Statement Preference of Online you need to:

  • have a valid email address as we are required to notify you when your new eStatement is available.
  • be registered for Internet Banking as you must be able to access your eStatement within Internet Banking.

If your email address or Internet Banking registration are removed, we may change your Statement Preference back to Paper.

If your email address is incorrect you can amend this via the Other Service tab - select Personal Details from the drop down list. See - How do I update my personal Details in Internet Banking?


If you wish to receive paper statements:

  • Select the eStatements tab
  • Select Statement Preferences from the drop down list.
  • Read the important information in relation to your Statement Preference
  • Check your mailing address is correct
  • Select the Paper button
  • Select Save

If your mailing address is incorrect you can amend this via the Other Service tab - select Personal Details from the drop down list. See - How do I update my personal details in Internet Banking?
