IMB Ltd and ipac Securities Limited have altered the nature of the commercial arrangements for their current financial planning joint ventures, effective from 29 June 2012.

IMB announces that it has completed the issue of A$30,000,000 of 10 Non-Call 5, Tier 2 Subordinated Floating Rate Notes at BBSW+425bps under its existing AUD $2,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Program.

IMB is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr James Coleman as a non-executive director to the Board of IMB and its subsidiaries. Mr Coleman joins the Board to fill the casual vacancy arising following the retirement of Ms Lynette Gearing who leaves the Board after 10 years of outstanding service.

The capital structure review undertaken by Grant Samuel and Watson Mangioni has been completed. Their Report has been presented to the IMB Board. The Report is available to members online by clicking here.

As members may be aware, IMB's share price has moved from a closing price yesterday, Thursday, 24 November 2011, of $3.50 per share to a low of $2.81 on Friday, 25 November, 2011.
