IMB is pleased to announce the sale and lease back of its head office premises at 253-259 Crown Street Wollongong.

IMB has entered into a sale and leaseback arrangement for its head office building under terms that provides IMB both security of tenancy and the flexibility to upgrade to new premises. After 35 years in the current location,  IMB has commenced a search for new head office premises in the Illawarra, that better suits its needs and provides a superior work environment for staff.

The sale and leaseback arrangement becomes effective from the 27th February 2015. The profit on sale of the property will be in excess of $2 million.
