IMB’s Annual General Meeting held on 28 October 2025

IMB Bank held its Annual General Meeting today, 28 October 2025.

Members are encouraged to read the addresses, which contain information in relation to IMB’s annual financial results and strategic initiatives being implemented by IMB.

At today’s meeting, members approved:

1. the re-appointment of Director Catherine Aston to the Board
2. the re-appointment of Director Christopher Whitehead to the Board
3. the increase to the directors’ aggregate remuneration pool to $1,160,000 inclusive of superannuation.

These items of business were ordinary resolutions, each passed on a show of hands.
