Have you been financially impacted by the floods and storms?

At IMB we want to look out for our members so if you’ve been impacted by the recent floods, we’re here to help.

We’ve created a Disaster Relief Package to help our members living in affected areas and who have been directly impacted by the disaster.

If you’ve have been impacted by the disaster, or are in financial hardship for other reasons, please call 133 462 and speak with one of our team to discuss your situation and how we may help.

Assistance we may be able to offer affected members:

IMB Deposit Accounts

  • Waiving of any transaction fees for up to three months.
  • Waiving of debit card replacement fees.
  • Waiving of term deposit break costs.
  • Waiving of dishonour fees

IMB Loans

  • Members experiencing financial hardship can apply for assistance simply by calling us on 133 462 and one of our team will work through your options which may include restructuring of loans and/or suspending payments for a period of time.
  • More information about IMB’s hardship assistance may be viewed here.

Relief to IMB Mastercard credit card holders may be provided on a case-by-case basis from Card Services with a view to providing tailored, ongoing solutions as needed. Contact Card Services via 1300 369 092 or login here.
