Is there a transaction limit for Samsung Pay in-store?

To authorise a Samsung Pay payment the customer needs to enter their Samsung Pay authentication (biometric or PIN that was set up for Samsung Pay).

For some older terminals, transactions over $200 may require the customer to enter their plastic card PIN at the terminal.

There is no ‘payWave tap’ limit for Samsung Pay, like there is for IMB's plastic cards.

The transaction limit is the same as our plastic cards. Which is AUD$10,000 daily, or AUD$5,000.00 daily if the merchant/transaction is US-based.

Samsung Pay is a trademark or registered trademark of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
