I have lost my card, or my card has been stolen, what should I do next?

You will need to cancel your card to prevent unauthorised transactions. You can cancel your card in the Mobile App by selecting Cards >Cancel Card or on Internet Banking by selecting Cards > Block Card.

Alternatively, please call us on 133 462 from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday (AEST). If outside of these hours, please call VISA After Hours on 1800 252 730.
