You can decide which individuals with Authority to Operate (ATO/s) on a business account can access eStatements for the Business Entity.
Simply complete the Business Member Statement Preference and Access Form and have this signed by the Authorised Representatives for the Business Entity and return it to IMB. The form provides full signing instructions.
If you wish to amend who has this access simply complete another form and return it to IMB. Each individual will need to be registered for Internet Banking and be linked to the Business Entity.
