How do I change the Statement Preference for a Business Entity?

You can change your Statement Preference at any time.

To make changes to the Statement Preference for a Business Entity please complete the Business Member Statement Preference & Access Form, have the form signed by the Authorised Representatives for the Business Entity and return it to IMB.

The Statement Preference also applies to notices that we are required to give the Business. These notices may include things such as changes to the terms and conditions relating to the Business’ account(s), fees and charges, and the repayments on any loans that you may have with us.

If you no longer wish to receive paper statements then select Online on the form:

If you wish to change the Statement Preference to Online you will need to ensure that:

  • at least one ATO is provided with View eStatement access for the Business Entity
  • the Business Entity has provided a valid email address.

The notification email will be sent to the email address provided for the Business Entity.

In the event that the email address is removed or Internet Banking registration for the ATO with eStatement access is removed, then we may change the Statement Preference back to Paper.

It is the Business’ responsibility to:

  • keep their Business email address up to date
  • ensure that ATOs view the Business’ eStatement promptly and notify us of any issues
  • promptly advise us of any changes to who is to have authority to view the Business’ eStatement in Internet Banking.

If you wish to receive paper statements then select Paper on the form.

It is the Business’ responsibility to keep their Business correspondence address up to date.
