How do I activate CoP?

You don’t need to do anything to enable COP.

A CoP lookup will automatically occur when you:

·  make a payment to a BSB and account number for the first time,

·  create a new payee (using BSB and account number), or

·  edit an existing payee’s BSB and account number.

This automatic check helps ensure your payment is going to the correct account by verifying the details you’ve entered against those held by the recipient’s bank. COP will be available in Internet Banking and the Mobile App later in 2025.
