IMB wishes to correct a typographical error contained within the explanatory Notes to the Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2010.
On page 2 in the Notes section, the third paragraph commencing ‘On 1 December 2010…” should read:
“On 4 December 2009, it was announced that the proposed merger with CACU would not be proceeding.”
