Getting started
 
If you are already registered for IMB Internet Banking and have previously signed in, you are ready to go. The first time you open the new app on your device, you will be asked to register your device for added security. You will also set up a 4 digit app PIN as part of this process. To register your device for the app, you will need your IMB member number and Internet Banking password. Then follow these simple steps:
  1. Download the app
  2. Tap “Register” on the Welcome Menu screen
  3. Read and acknowledge your agreement with the Terms and Conditions.
  4. The registration screen will be displayed
  5. Enter your IMB member number and your IMB Internet Banking Password and tap “Continue”
  6. You will be sent a one-time security code via SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter the security code and tap “Continue”
  7. Create and confirm a 4-digit PIN to use for the mobile banking app (your app PIN).
