Security Update: Phishing Email to IMB members
Please be aware that several IMB Bank members have reported receiving an email that appears to be from IMB Online, asking them to update their details via a link. THIS IS A SCAM EMAIL THAT DID NOT COME FROM IMB BANK

As you are aware,IMB will never request, nor will it provide, account or member numbers in unsecure emails.
The key details of the fraudulent email are:
- It has a subject of “Update your details before 10 April 2017” (different dates may be used)
- The body of the document uses IMB banner and colouring.
- The body of the email informs the member that their access has been restricted and they are required to update details using a link or attachment provided. Please do not click on this link
- The sending email address is not from an imb.com.au email address.
