We’ve moved fast to protect our staff and our members

We’re monitoring developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) very closely. Our primary concerns are for the wellbeing of our staff, our members and the community.

We’ve moved swiftly, implementing measures in line with advice from Australian and State Government health authorities to protect and care for our staff and members.

In addition to strictly adhering to best practice methods to reduce the spread of the virus, such as prohibiting unnecessary travel and group meetings, we are taking additional steps to help protect you.

Our branches remain open, but there are other ways to bank

While we always love to see you in our branches, if you suspect you may have been in contact with the virus or have recently returned from overseas please avoid coming in. This will help us with our efforts to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19.

We have many ways you can bank with us online and over the phone – we’ve provided details on our website including how to register for internet and mobile banking.

If you do visit a branch, you’ll notice protective measures which may include staff wearing protective gloves, supplies of hand sanitiser and staff following ‘safe distancing’ protocols.

Help for members experiencing financial difficulty as a result of COVID-19

We know it’s not just your health that can be impacted by COVID-19 – your income or business could be impacted too.
