140 years young

We’ve supported our customers and communities through many changes and challenges for over 140 years. If this experience has taught us anything, it’s that many things change, but some things should remain the same.

You’ll notice we look different. New logos, new colours. But, our commitment to you and our communities hasn’t budged
 



What does this mean for you?

We’ll roll out our new look across all the ways you can reach us and bank with us – our website, branches, internet banking and mobile app… but that’s it. You won’t be impacted in any other way. But, here are some things to look out for.


 

Our website

We’ve just changed the way it looks to make it easier to find what you need, faster. Everything is exactly where it used to be.

If you visit us regularly, you may want to clear your browser cache for smooth operation. Below, we show you how. But if you need help, reach out to us on 133 462.

  Internet Explorer
  1. Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history....
  2. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favourites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
  3. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.
  Firefox
  1. From the History menu, select Clear recent history. (If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.)
  2. From the Time Range to Clear drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything
  3. Next to Details, click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
  4. Click Clear Now
  5. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
  Chrome
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. On your browser toolbar (three vertical dots on the right hand side of the page), click More More ToolsClear Browsing Data.
  3. In the Clear browsing data box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  4. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
  5. Click Clear browsing data.
  Safari
  1. Click on the Settings (Gear) icon in the upper right corner of the browser.
  2. Click Reset Safari
  3. Select the items you wish to clear. (It is recommended to check all items).
  4. Click Reset.


Our branches

Most of our branches won’t change for a while. But when they do, don’t worry – we’ll give you plenty of notice before we send the decorators in. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date with all our news. Or, keep an eye on the announcements on our homepage.
 

Our communication

We’ll change the ways we reach out to you as well. Your statements, letters, email… it will all look different over the coming months.

But the purpose of all those things remains – to keep you fully informed and up to date.
 

When will the facelift be complete?

While we roll out our new look across our organisation, there may be times when you see our old look next to our new one. We’re aiming to make the transition as fast and as smooth as possible, but it will take a little time. So, thanks for being patient
