We all know what a hassle it can be trying to transfer all of your direct debits, direct credits and regular payments from one financial institution to another. IMB has made it easy with IMB Power Switch. The IMB Power Switch Pack helps you identify regular payments and provides templates for all the documents you need to change your regular banking arrangements.

You can switch to IMB in four simple steps.

Step 1. Open an IMB account

If you don’t already have an IMB Account you will need to open one. Check out our great range of Transaction & Savings accounts.

Step 2. Identify your regular payments

One of the easiest ways to do this is to review your past statements and internet banking history. To make it easier for you to record all the necessary information, IMB has developed an Account Activity Summary form. You can find this form in the IMB Power Switch Pack.

Step 3. Complete the forms in the IMB Power Switch Pack

IMB has prepared templates of all the forms you will need to switch your banking arrangements. Using your Account Activity Summary form as reference, complete the necessary documents for each regular payment. Once completed, simply sign and post to the relevant organisation.

Step 4. Close your old account

Once you have transferred all of your banking arrangements, you can use the Account Closure Request form included in the IMB Power Switch Pack to close your old account.
