You can amend or delete some or all of your alerts via internet banking, in branch, over the phone or by mail. Simply follow the steps below:
Amending or deleting alerts via internet banking
1. Log in to internet banking
2. Click on the Alerts tab, and select Register and De-register Alerts
3. Select the Alert you wish to amend or delete and click on the orange dots under Action beside that alert
4. Select edit or de-register
5. Update your Alert preferences by choosing from the options shown. NOTE: When de-registering alerts, select the alerts you want to de-register.
6. Click submit.
Amending or deleting alerts in branch
1. Download the ‘Alerts Registration and Maintenance’ form here or pick up a copy in your local branch
2. Complete and sign the form
3. Take it to your local IMB branch
4. If you don’t have a teleservices password, or can’t remember your existing teleservices password, we also recommend you add or update your password while you are at your local branch.
Amending or deleting alerts over the phone
To amend or delete your IMB alerts over the phone you will need your teleservices password. If you don’t have a teleservices password or can’t remember your password you can apply for one following the steps below. If you do have a teleservices password simply call us on 133 462.
Don’t have a teleservices password? Simply follow these easy steps to arrange one.
1. Call us on 133 462 or pick up a copy of the ‘register a teleservices password’ form at your local branch
2. Complete and sign the form
3. Return it by mail (no stamp required) to:
