Some IMB members have reported receiving an email requesting them to change their Verified by Visa password. This email is a scam.

Neither IMB or Visa would request information be provided through links embedded in an email.

 

Please do not respond to this or any other email requesting details of your Visa debit card, Verified by Visa password or Pin number.

 

If you have provided your card and/or password details in response to one of these e-mails, please contact IMB Direct on 133 462, 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
